Rebecca is the visionary Founder and CEO of HerSay. She leverages her diverse background as a strategic leader to provide inspiring keynote speeches and management consulting services that help her clients scale and grow.

Her educational background includes an Executive MBA and an undergraduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management, along with a certifications in Management Consulting and Growth Marketing.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Rebecca engages in various creative hobbies, including writing, ceramics, metalsmithing and songwriting. Rebecca is a member of SOCAN. Prior to completing her undergraduate and graduate studies, she obtained a certificate in Independent Music Production. She has recorded music that has been featured on the radio and in a video game with over 250k downloads to date.
